Apple-Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • ½ pack of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a muffin tin well. Peel and slice the apples, then drizzle with lemon juice. Beat the eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and yogurt in a large bowl until fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix well. Finally, fold in the apples. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
