Ingredients
 

  • 5 Pc Organic eggs
  • 500 g Quark
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 1 half Lemons for the apples
  • 50 g Warm butter
  • 1 bag Tartar baking powder
  • 2 Bags Custard powder
  • 8 piece Diced apples
  • 1 bag Almond flakes
  • Coconut blossom sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • First wash the apples, peel them and don't cut them. Sprinkle the diced apples with the juice of half a lemon, this will keep them fresh and won't turn brown.
  • Put the other ingredients little by little in a mixing bowl and stir well, then add the sliced ​​apples, mix everything well and place in a baking tin lined with paper.
  • Cover the cake with the almond flakes and sprinkle with coconut blossom sugar on top.
  • The oven should be preheated, now bake the cake for about 50 - 60 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Can vary from oven to oven, just do the stick test, no dough should stick.
  • Note 5: the lighting conditions when taking pictures make the sugar appear a bit dark, it was brown and super tasty, the coconut blossom sugar gave it a special note 🙂
  • Tip 6: you can leave out the butter
