Saxon Broiler Breasts
The perfect saxon broiler breasts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Pc. Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 3 tbsp Flour
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Oil for frying
- Cut the chicken breast fillets in half. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Turn in the flour.
- Mix the egg yolk, mustard, cream and sugar together and brush the floured chicken breasts with it. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown.
