Saxon Broiler Breasts

The perfect saxon broiler breasts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Oil for frying
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets in half. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Turn in the flour.
  2. Mix the egg yolk, mustard, cream and sugar together and brush the floured chicken breasts with it. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  3. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown.
