- 1 zucchini
- 1 apple
- some oil for frying
- possibly Parmesan, grated, or cheese as desired
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. broth, granulated, or Vegeta
- n. B. sugar
Instructions

Peel and dice the apple and zucchini. Brush a pan with a little oil, add both and fry until hot. Meanwhile, season to taste, e.g. with a good pinch each of salt, pepper, seasoning (Vegeta, granulated stock, etc.) and sugar. Toss or stir often so nothing burns. Serve on a plate and garnish with grated Parmesan or other cheese, if desired. Tip: Also delicious with zucchini and pear and Roquefort or Gorgonzola. Many other variations of vegetables and fruit are also possible. The dish requires only a little cheese for its good flavor, making it low in calories and practically carbohydrate-free. Ideal for low-carb or other diets and, in addition to being quick to prepare, particularly inexpensive. Without cheese, it’s practically vegan.
