Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g apples
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

very easy, quick and delicious!

Wash the apples, remove the stems and blossoms, but do not peel them. Cut them into small pieces and bring them to a boil with the water over high heat. Simmer gently until soft. Then simply strain the apples through a sieve and season with sugar.
