Fried curry noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 package bacon, diced
  • 1 can/n beans, green
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions (spaghetti or smaller, twisted pasta works best). Brown the bacon and onions in a pan, cutting the onions into rings or cubes beforehand. Once the bacon and onions are cooked, add the drained can of beans. After a while, add the cooked pasta. Finally, season everything with the spices listed below, if desired. Tips: Use olive oil for frying, and don’t skimp on the curry seasoning!
