Applesauce dessert

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 biscuits (wholemeal butter biscuits or speculatius)
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto, apple juice or milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla)
  • 4 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

fresh, quick dessert

Place 1 1/2 biscuits in a small glass bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Amaretto. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and spread it on the biscuits. Then place another layer of 1 1/2 biscuits with Amaretto on top. Cover with applesauce. Dust with cinnamon and place the last biscuit on top as a decoration. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. If you replace the Amaretto with apple juice or milk, this also makes a great dessert for children.
