Applesauce Dessert

The perfect applesauce dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Packet Vanilla sugar
  • 70 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 big glass Applesauce or homemade applesauce
  • 150 g Ladyfingers
  1. Mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk together.
  2. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark mixture.
  3. Line the bottom and edge of a glass bowl with ladyfingers, now fill in half of the applesauce and half of the cream. Spread the next layer of ladyfingers on top, now spread the 2nd half of the applesauce and cream on top and chill.
  4. 4th tip: if you don’t like cream cheese, you can replace it with quark.
