- 150 g Hazelnut nougat
- 100 g Margarine
- 300 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 12 tsp Hazelnut brittle
- Melt the margarine + nougat over a low heat, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, briefly stir the remaining ingredients except the hazelnut brittle in a bowl, then add the margarine and nougat mixture and stir well.
- 12 Brush muffin tins with oil or line with paper liners. Spread the dough evenly, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of hazelnut brittle on top.
