Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp almond(s), chopped
  • 500 g apricot(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 65 ml cream
  • 65 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Roast the almonds in a dry pan until fragrant. Then let them cool. Peel and pit the apricots, cut them into pieces, and puree them with the sugar. Mix the cream with the yogurt. Mix the apricot puree with the cream mixture and serve sprinkled with the almonds.
