Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g apricot(s) (very soft apricots)
- 50 g mascarpone
- 100 g yogurt, apricot flavor (very thick)
- 1 tbsp schnapps (apricot brandy)
- Wafer rolls with chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
a simple but very tasty dessert
Pit the apricots and cut them into small pieces, mix the mascarpone with the yogurt well, add the apricot pieces and the brandy, pour the cream into dessert cups, put a few wafer rolls in them and then chill for about 1 hour.
