Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g apricot(s), cleaned, sliced
- 5 apricot kernels, crushed
- 150 g sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 0.7 liters of brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 21 days 12 hours; Total time approx. 21 days 12 hours 10 minutes
Place the sliced apricots and crushed stones in a sealable container along with the sugar and let it steep for about 12 hours. Then add the vanilla sugar and brandy. Let this steep for about 3 weeks (or longer), shaking occasionally. Then filter.
