Apricot smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 apricots
  • e.g. milk
  • e.g. yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, peel the apricots and quarter them. Place the apricot quarters in a tall container. Half fill the glass containing the smoothie with milk. Pour this milk into the tall container with the apricots. Add yogurt as needed—the more yogurt, the creamier the smoothie will be. Then add the honey or sugar. Blend everything with an immersion blender until there are no more lumps. Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy.
