Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled sugar or birch sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp, diluted mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
- 1 small onion(s), white or red or shallot
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 3 pinch(s) pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the cucumber and grate it into thin slices. Finely dice the onion and add it to the salad. Add the vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and mix everything together. Let it marinate for a while (or not). Serve. Tip: Garnish with chives, parsley, or dill, if desired.
