Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g apricot(s), dried
- 50 g pistachios
- 3 tbsp oil (Mazola sunflower oil)
- 125 g brown sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g oat flakes (extra fine)
- 20 g flour
- 100 g semi-sweet chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the apricots into small cubes. Chop the pistachios. Bring the sunflower oil, sugar, and cream to a boil. Remove from the heat. Stir in the oats, flour, apricots, and pistachios. Spread the batter 0.5-1 cm thick on a 20×30 cm baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-170°C for about 15 minutes. Let the pastry cool and cut into sticks using an upside-down baking rack. Dip the ends of the apricot sticks in melted chocolate coating.
