- 20 apricot(s), sweet, dried
- 20 cubes of feta cheese or cream cheese or mozzarella
- 50 g cress
- 20 biscuits (aperitif pastries), thin and not too small

Place the apricots flat on the table and halve them horizontally with a sharp knife. Fold the sides open and place the cheese inside. Place a stuffed apricot on each aperitif pastry and garnish with cress. Mini mozzarella balls can also be used instead of feta or cream cheese.
