Apricots with feta or cream cheese for an aperitif

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 apricot(s), sweet, dried
  • 20 cubes of feta cheese or cream cheese or mozzarella
  • 50 g cress
  • 20 biscuits (aperitif pastries), thin and not too small

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the apricots flat on the table and halve them horizontally with a sharp knife. Fold the sides open and place the cheese inside. Place a stuffed apricot on each aperitif pastry and garnish with cress. Mini mozzarella balls can also be used instead of feta or cream cheese.
