Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 apples
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 80 g cheese (Emmental)
- 1 can of corn
- 250 ml tartar sauce
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and dice them. Trim, wash, and slice the leeks. Wash, peel, and halve the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into sticks. Drizzle with lemon juice. Coarsely grate the Emmental cheese. Drain the corn. Mix the salad ingredients with the remoulade and season with a little salt.
