Arabic bread with sucuk, roasted peppers and acuka

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 thin flatbread(s), Arabic
  • 16 slices of sucuk
  • 2 fried peppers
  • 4 tsp paprika paste (Acuka)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces and fry briefly with the sucuk. Fill the flatbread with the sucuk and pepper mixture. Spread with avocado and a little yogurt. Top with a few parsley sprigs and season with salt and pepper. Finally, roll up.
