Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • some oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve, deseed, and finely dice the tomatoes. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Chop some basil and add it to the minced meat mixture along with the cream cheese. Mix the mixture well and season to taste. Lightly toast the baguette in the oven, if desired. Cut the baguette into 4 pieces and cut in half lengthwise. Spread the minced meat and cream cheese mixture onto the minced meat and place the bread halves on top of each other.
