Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- cumin
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. olives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the carrots, cut them into chunks, and cook until soft. Puree the soft carrots. Crush a garlic clove and mix with the carrots. Season with a little cumin, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Chill the puree in the refrigerator. Add olives, if desired.
