Ingredients for 1 servings:
- Mixed fruits
- 200 g block chocolate or couverture
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
You’ll need cocktail sticks or forks for dipping. Heat some water in a saucepan, but don’t let it boil. Place a metal bowl in the pan so that its bottom touches the water. Pour the chocolate into the bowl and let it melt. Stir until melted. Do not let it boil. Dip various fruits into the chocolate and place them on parchment paper or a plate to drain and set.
