Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 jar sugar
  • 1 small jar of sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • some jam, strawberry
  • some apricot jam
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix all ingredients for the dough well. Form small balls and place them on baking sheets, leaving some space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes. Let cool thoroughly. Heat the jams one at a time and dip the cookies in them. Immediately roll in desiccated coconut. This recipe makes enough cookies.
