Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 4 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (garlic cream cheese)
- marjoram
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the onions and fry them in a little olive oil until they begin to brown. In the meantime, clean and slice the mushrooms. I used relatively small ones, so I quartered them. When the onions start to brown, add the mushrooms and fry. After the mushrooms have fried a little, add the seasonings and, just before the end, add 1 tablespoon of garlic cream cheese to the pan. Stir until it has melted. Serve the mushrooms on 2 plates. Place 1 tablespoon of garlic cream cheese on each plate. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and add them to the mushrooms.
