Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g Arctic char, filleted, without skin
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- 1 m.-large onion(s), white
- ½ bunch chives
- 4 gherkins
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Olive oil, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the Arctic char into very fine cubes. Don’t put it through a grinder—we don’t want mush! Finely dice the onions and gherkins, and finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients at the table and season with salt and pepper. Tip: A drop of olive oil doesn’t hurt either.
