Smoked salmon mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g QimiQ
  • 125 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Mustard
  • ½ tsp dill (frozen), chopped
  • 125 ml cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Stir QimiQ until smooth. Finely chop the smoked salmon, add it to the QimiQ along with the spices and dill, and mix thoroughly. Finally, fold in the whipped cream. Line a terrine dish (or a very small loaf dish) with cling film, pour in the mousse, and chill. To serve, turn the mousse out onto a plate.
