Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g prawn(s) (Arctic), from the refrigerated section
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- chili flakes
- 1 tsp flour
- Salt
- some tomato paste
- 50 ml orange juice
- n. B. water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quick, easy, healthy and delicious
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the shrimp and coat with flour and curry powder. Sauté briefly, then add the chili and tomato paste. Deglaze with orange juice, reduce slightly, and dilute with water if necessary. Season with salt. Serve with basmati rice and vegetables.
