Strawberry-Coconut Smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 50 ml orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Ice-cold, refreshing summer drink

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Tip: I freeze the strawberries and one of the two yogurt cups overnight. This way, the smoothie becomes really cool and refreshing—without adding ice. If you can’t get the frozen yogurt out of the cup, briefly place the cup in a glass filled with warm water. This will dissolve it easily. You can also use coconut syrup instead of coconut flakes.
