Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g potatoes, boiled
- 250 g mie noodles
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- n. B. Sausage and ham leftovers
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Mie noodles and tomatoes
Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Pour boiling water over the mie noodles and let them soak for 5 minutes. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan. Drain the noodles and fry them in the pan with the potatoes. Fry the tomatoes, sausage, and ham. Whisk the eggs, mix in, and let them set. Season with salt and pepper.
