Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small fennel
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Cheese
  • butter
  • herbal salt

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Trim the fennel and bell pepper and slice them into thin strips. Add a nut-sized knob of butter to the hot pan. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring twice. Season with herb salt and pepper. Grate cheese over the top, if desired, and serve.
