Artichoke Salad

The perfect artichoke salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 170 g Artichoke hearts grilled from the jar drained weight
  • 50 g Soft cheese double cream setting
  • 3 Snack tomatoes
  • 1 Mini cucumber
  • 2 Mini peppers
  • Onion rings red

dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon Freshly chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves

  1. Drain the artichoke hearts well. Quarter the tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Cut the cheese into slices. Put all ingredients on a plate. Put some pepper over it.

dressing

  1. Puree all the ingredients for the dressing.
