Artichoke Salad
The perfect artichoke salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 170 g Artichoke hearts grilled from the jar drained weight
- 50 g Soft cheese double cream setting
- 3 Snack tomatoes
- 1 Mini cucumber
- 2 Mini peppers
- Onion rings red
dressing
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoon Freshly chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves

- Drain the artichoke hearts well. Quarter the tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Cut the cheese into slices. Put all ingredients on a plate. Put some pepper over it.
dressing
- Puree all the ingredients for the dressing.
