Artichoke Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan (Roland Trettl)
The perfect artichoke salad, cherry tomatoes, parmesan (roland trettl) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Pc. Artichokes cleaned
- 30 g Peeled cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 20 g Lemon juice
- 60 g Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Chili
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 piece Spring onion
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Arrange the artichokes, cherry tomatoes and the leek on a plate. Garnish with the parsley.
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce and the spices into a vinaigrette. Pour over the salad and finish it off with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan.
