Artichoke Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan (Roland Trettl)

The perfect artichoke salad, cherry tomatoes, parmesan (roland trettl) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Pc. Artichokes cleaned
  • 30 g Peeled cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 20 g Lemon juice
  • 60 g Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Chili
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 piece Spring onion
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Arrange the artichokes, cherry tomatoes and the leek on a plate. Garnish with the parsley.
  2. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce and the spices into a vinaigrette. Pour over the salad and finish it off with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan.
