Arugula salad with mango, avocado and mozzarella

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g arugula
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Honey (acacia)
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fruity – spicy taste experience

Cut the avocado, mango, and mozzarella into approximately 0.5 cm² cubes. Mix with the arugula in a bowl. Reduce 200 ml of orange juice to approximately 100 ml. Season the juice with salt and pepper, add the finely chopped chili pepper, and the olive oil. Mix well and season with acacia honey. Let cool slightly. Mix the fruity-spicy dressing with the salad ingredients and serve.
