Poultry meatballs

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 540 g minced meat (poultry mince)
  • 3 onions
  • 175 g low-fat curd cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • some lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the parsley and finely dice the mushrooms. Mix the minced chicken with the onions, parsley, diced mushrooms, and quark, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Form 12 meatballs from the mixture and fry them in the hot oil for about 10 minutes, turning them all over. Garnish the chicken meatballs with the salad.
