Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g arugula
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 50 g cheese, grated fresh, Pecorino or Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious with spaghetti

Clean, wash, and roughly chop the arugula. Toast the almonds in a pan without fat. Peel the garlic and roughly dice it. Purée everything with a hand blender, gradually adding the oil. Finally, add the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix with hot, cooked spaghetti and enjoy. Also delicious on bruschetta.
