Arugula salad with feta and balsamic dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g arugula
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 0.67 cucumber(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without tomatoes

Wash and chop the arugula, bell peppers, and cucumber. Dice the feta cheese. Then place everything in a salad bowl. Mix the dressing together in a small bowl/cup. The salad is now ready to serve. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, if desired.
