Arugula salad with figs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 figs, ripe
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 2 slices of Parma ham
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and quarter the figs. Wash and spin dry the arugula. Cut the ham and mozzarella into pieces. Place the arugula in a bowl. Pour the oil and vinegar over it and toss it loosely with the salad. Mix the mustard with the honey. Arrange the salad, mozzarella, ham, and figs on plates. Drizzle with the honey sauce, season with pepper, and serve.
