Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 apples
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Clean the vegetables and apples. Remove the ends, stems, and cores, and cut the rest into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion, and mix everything together. Season with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
