Arugula salad with Parmesan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of arugula
  • Cherry tomatoes, as many as you like
  • Parmesan, in a piece
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • possibly basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the arugula and trim the stems. Place it in a salad bowl. Add the washed cherry tomatoes (halved if desired). Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it as well. Then make a dressing with the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and fresh basil, if desired, and drizzle it over the salad. Let it sit for a while.
