  • 60 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • ½ liter of lukewarm water
  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick minced meat and tomato sauce

Fry the bacon. Chop the onion, add it, and sauté until translucent. Add the minced meat and sauté. Add the butter, tomato puree, spices, and water. Simmer gently for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese. (If you’re short on time, the sauce will still taste good even if it’s not cooked for as long, but the longer the better.)
