Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes cut into julienne fries
- 4 Fresh asparagus in an oblique cut
- 1 Spring onions fresh, cut
- 0,2 L Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 tsp Wasabi powder
- 1 tsp Mint pepper
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
Instructions
Preparation:
- First cut the potato diagonally into plates and then into jagged strips, also chop the asparagus diagonally.
Frying:
- Fry the potato strips, spring onions and asparagus strips until they turn golden brown. Let the hot fat drip off when you remove it and season with the homemade mint pepper and sea salt and serve with the soy sauce.
