Asia – French Fries with White Asparagus

  • 4 piece Potatoes cut into julienne fries
  • 4 piece Fresh asparagus in an oblique cut
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 0,2 l Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tsp Wasabi powder
  • 1 tsp Mint pepper from my KB
  • 1 Msp Sea salt from the mill

Preparation:
