Clementine Sufle

- 4 piece Clementine
- 4 tbsp Quark
- 3 tbsp Sugar brown
- 1 piece Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Marzipan
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinammon
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla flavor
- 0,5 tbsp Food starch
- 4 tbsp Clementine fruit juice
- First cut the clementine in half. Remove the inside. Then the quark, egg, sugar, marzipan, cinnamon, vanilla flavor, strong food and fruit juice mix well with a mixer. Then fill the bowl of clementines. (180 degrees 20 minutes)
