Asia Noodle Chopping Pan

The perfect asia noodle chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mie noodles
  • 100 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 250 g Red peppers
  • 200 g Baby Pak Choi
  • 1 Garlic
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 0,5 bunch Coriander finely chopped
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 10 tbsp Sweet and hot chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
  1. Cook Mie noodles in sufficient boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Rinse the mung bean sprouts. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into thin strips. Clean and wash the pak choi, cut in half lengthways. Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger. Wash and roughly chop the coriander. Drain the pasta, rinse.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok, fry the mince until crumbly. Sauté paprika, garlic and ginger for about 5 minutes. Fold in the noodles, soy and chilli sauce, sprouts, pak choi, coriander and peanuts, heat, season with sambal olek.
