Asia Noodle Pan
The perfect asia noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chicken breasts
- *****Marinade*******
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sweet and sour sauce
- Asia spice
- Salt
- Pepper
- *****Gemüse*****
- 1 yellow Pointed peppers
- 1 Red Pointed peppers
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 2 Spring onions
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Ginger
- 200 g Vegetable mix wok
- *****Ausserdem*****!
- Sesame oil
- Chili oil
- Mie noodles
- Wash the chicken breasts – pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the marinade ingredients well, add everything to the meat and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, covered,
- Heat the sesame and chilli oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it – remove and keep warm.
- Remove the peppers from the seeds, cut into strips, peel the carrots into slices and cut the cleaned onions into rings or cubes.
- Peel the knobi into small cubes and grate the peeled ginger.
- Now first add the carrots and paprika to the roasting stock and fry the onions, knobi and ginger and let them fry briefly, then add the meat again
- Finally add the noodles cooked according to the package instructions … stir well with salt and pepper and season with a little sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce-
- Now arrange everything on a plate – pour some spring onion greens and soy sauce over it
