Asia Noodle Pan

The perfect asia noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • *****Marinade*******
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet and sour sauce
  • Asia spice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • *****Gemüse*****
  • 1 yellow Pointed peppers
  • 1 Red Pointed peppers
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 200 g Vegetable mix wok
  • *****Ausserdem*****!
  • Sesame oil
  • Chili oil
  • Mie noodles
  1. Wash the chicken breasts – pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients well, add everything to the meat and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, covered,
  3. Heat the sesame and chilli oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it – remove and keep warm.
  4. Remove the peppers from the seeds, cut into strips, peel the carrots into slices and cut the cleaned onions into rings or cubes.
  5. Peel the knobi into small cubes and grate the peeled ginger.
  6. Now first add the carrots and paprika to the roasting stock and fry the onions, knobi and ginger and let them fry briefly, then add the meat again
  7. Finally add the noodles cooked according to the package instructions … stir well with salt and pepper and season with a little sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce-
  8. Now arrange everything on a plate – pour some spring onion greens and soy sauce over it
