Asia Noodle Pan!
The perfect asia noodle pan! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Fresh chicken breast
- Chicken seasoning
- 1 Pc. Egg whisked
- 1 packet Panko flour
- 0,5 packet Glass noodles
- 1,5 Pc. Cut carrots into fine strips
- 80 g Sugar snap
- 1 packet Shiitake mushrooms
- Or alternatively:
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 30 ml Soy sauce dark
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Clarified butter
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Clean carrots, snow peas, mushrooms and cut.
- Season the chicken breast, bread in egg, then in panko, fry slowly in clarified butter. approx. 20 min.
- Fry a small part of the pasta and carrots in clarified butter. Let’s take it later for decoration. It’s wonderfully cross.
- Dab the fried carrots, pasta, and sugar snap peas on a kitchen towel.
- Fry the carrots in a little clarified butter, always adding the remaining ingredients gradually

- I only found Panko in the Asia store. It is Japanese-style bread, extremely good to look at and tasteless.
