Asia Style Noodle Pan

  • 400 g Lean meat (veal and poultry)
  • 200 g Shiitake mushrooms, drained canned
  • 200 g Mushrooms canned drained
  • 2 glass Sweet and sour sauce China
  • 200 ml Water
  • Spices
  • 250 g Wok noodles
  1. Sear the meat and mushrooms in a little oil and season. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over it and dilute with water. Simmer a little and then add the pasta. Let these cook for 5 – 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
