Asia Style Noodle Pan

- 400 g Lean meat (veal and poultry)
- 200 g Shiitake mushrooms, drained canned
- 200 g Mushrooms canned drained
- 2 glass Sweet and sour sauce China
- 200 ml Water
- Spices
- 250 g Wok noodles
- Sear the meat and mushrooms in a little oil and season. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over it and dilute with water. Simmer a little and then add the pasta. Let these cook for 5 – 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
