Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g cauliflower florets, frozen
- 5 spring onions, chopped
- 3 red chili peppers, sliced
- 2 tsp ginger flakes, dried
- 2 tsp garlic flakes, dried
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 150 ml water
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
from the oven
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the frozen cauliflower in a deep casserole dish. Finely slice the onion and chili. Mix all ingredients and pour over the cauliflower. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until al dente. Stir occasionally.
