Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp, heaped peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, sweet, Indonesian
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 handful of iceberg lettuce
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large wrap(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

quick recipe for a delicious meal

Cut the chicken breast into strips. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and chili flakes into a marinade and let the meat marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the bell pepper, onion, and iceberg lettuce into strips. After marinating, fry the meat with the onion in a pan over low heat. Meanwhile, rub the wrap with water on both sides and fry in a pan over low heat until golden. Then fill the wrap with all the ingredients and roll it up.
