Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely sliced
- 600 g cucumber(s), cut into thin slices
- 1 tsp honey
- e.g. chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 6 cl rice vinegar
- 1 dl sesame oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili powder, and salt. Pour over the finely sliced cucumbers and onions and mix well. Serve immediately.
