Asian-inspired celery

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g celery, if you like also add the leafy greens
  • 1 tsp, leveled curry paste red, or yellow or green, carefully add
  • 2 tbsp, heaped coconut milk, creamy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Stir the curry paste with the coconut milk until smooth. Halve the celery lengthwise and slice into small pieces, if desired. Place all ingredients in a small, lidded saucepan and simmer over low heat until tender.
