Asian marinated cutlets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice wine
  • 3 tbsp oil, peanut or sesame oil
  • 2 cm ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Score the chops a few times along the fat edge and set aside in a container. Peel the garlic and puree it. Mix the garlic paste with honey, soy sauce, rice wine, peanut oil, ginger, salt, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Brush the chops with this mixture on both sides and chill for 2 hours. Then grill.
